Raj kachori | Very Tasty and Easy to make
- Plain flour 1 cup
- Sooji ¼ cup
- Baking soda 2 pinch
- Green grams( pakodas)
- Boiled potatoes
- Green grams ( boiled)
- Stirred curd
- Green coriander chutney
- Sweet chutney
- Pomegranate seeds
- Sev (small ones)
- Salt, cumin seeds, black rock salt
- Red chilly powder
“We’ll start making the dough now. Put the flour in a bowl. Then add sooji and mix it. And add baking soda, now mix it. Add water simultaneously and make the dough soft like a poori’s dough. Now, make the dough balls.
Turn on the stove, the oil will heat. We have prepared 15 dough balls from this much dough.then cover the dough with a cotton cloth, so that it doesn’t become dry. Take a dough ball and dip it in dry flour. So, that doesn’t remain thin at the center. Make it equal from all the sides. We need a good hot oil to fry the raj kachori’s. when you put the raj kachori in the oil, press it lightly so that it becomes fluffy. Now, make the flame medium. Raj kachori has turned golden brown. Now, increase the flame again. all roll it again in the same method.
After 2 to 3 hour raj kachori cooled down and turned crispy. Thereafter Break kachori and make a hole, put 2 pakoda’s and 5-6 pieces of potatoes. Add 2 spoon of moong. Now add curd, a little bit of salt, cumin powder, black salt and red chilli powder. Green chutney, sweet chutney, sev and pomegranate. Add a little curd again on top and sweet chutney and bit of all the masalas. You can serve it now. Ready to eat yummy n delicious raj kachori’s.
