› Boiled potatoes 2-3 cup
› Fine chopped onions ¼ cup
› Chopped coriander leaves 2-3 tbsp
› Breadcrumbs ½ cup
› Red chili powder ¼ tsp
› Coriander powder 1 tsp
› Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
› Amchur powder or lemon juice ½ tsp
› Salt to taste
› All purpose flour 2 tbsp
› Chili flakes 1 tsp
› Italian seasoning 1 tsp
To make them first will make a mixer for potato lollipop. Take a bowl and put boiled potato, chopped onions, coriander leaves, bread crumbs, red chili powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, amchur powder, and some salt.
If You don’t have amchur powder, u can replace it 1 tsp lemon juice.Thereafter we will be mixed together with gentle hands, and mix very smooth and keep aside.Thereafter take a bowl and put 2 tbsp all purpose flour and I put a little water at a time, and make lite –smooth slury and keep it aside.
After it you take a bowl and put the bread crumbs ¼ cup, red chili flakes 1 tsp, Italian seasoning 1 tsp mix it well and keep aside.
Now let’s make potato lollipop, first grease hands with oil so mixer that no stick palm, now take small potato mixer and roll between palm. smooth boles like this, and balls are deep it all purpose mixer and roll it bread crumbs, and roll it between palm so roll is properly sticky. Thereafter ready to heat oil on medium flame. And fry golden brown balls all side. Now balls are ready to take put in the plate.
